The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is currently looking into a fresh sexual battery accusation against Sean (Diddy) Combs, the hip-hop mogul serving a four-year prison term for offenses related to prostitution. According to NBC News, a male music producer and publicist alleged that during a 2020 photoshoot at a Los Angeles warehouse, Combs exposed himself while masturbating and asked the accuser to participate, throwing a soiled shirt at him afterward. The accuser, whose identity remains undisclosed in the police report, stated that he remained silent for several years due to embarrassment but eventually reported the incident to police in Largo, Florida, in September, following Combs’s previous convictions. Combs’s attorney has not yet responded to requests for comment on the recent accusations. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department confirmed receiving the official report from Florida authorities on Friday and announced plans to conduct a thorough investigation.
The report also mentions an incident in March 2021 where the accuser alleged that two men covered his head before Combs entered the room and called him a snitch. Combs was previously found guilty in July of transporting his partners and male sex workers across the country for drug-fueled sexual activities at various locations over an extended period. Despite being acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have led to a life sentence, he is scheduled for release in May 2028, with potential sentence reductions for participating in rehabilitation programs during his incarceration.
