His friend and business partner Kelly Killian shared the news on Instagram. Krofft, along with his brother Marty, was the creative force behind various TV series, notably their first show, “H.R. Pufnstuf,” which gained a dedicated following.
Describing the show as their “first baby,” Krofft and his brother introduced audiences to a whimsical world featuring a young boy, a talking flute, and a six-foot-tall dragon. His publicist, Adam Fenton, highlighted Krofft’s passion for connecting with his fans until the very end.
